Briefly, the supply chain has grown incredibly complex due to lack of transparency and the involvement of the middlemen. The longer the chain grows, the more difficult to monitor the goods and services journey. It also causes the small and medium enterprises as business buyers find it hard to truly understand the real value of products. Frictions in the supply chain is a huge problem, there are too many “To” and “From”. It causes the supply chain becoming inefficient, and made the business ecosystem grow unhealthy. What supposed to be simple, had to run into lengthy procedures with many steps.
