Please join IAB Tech Lab for an afternoon of introduction to blockchain and its application to digital advertising followed by cocktail and networking. The event will start with Blockchain 101 and discuss use cases applicable to advertising business and supply chain followed by an expert discussion on challenges, opportunities and experience of applying blockchain technology to digital advertising.

Richard Bush
Chief Product & Technology Officer

As Chief Product and Technology Officer at NYIAX, Richard spearheads the ongoing development of the NYIAX platform.

Richard has more than 15 years of experience in the advertising technology industry. He comes to NYIAX from IPONWEB, a key infrastructure provider in the media trading ecosystem, where he was the General Manager of its Publishing Solutions business. In this role, he guided custom projects for industry players to market, and working with teams across the globe -- Japan, EU and the USA -- built new products and custom platforms specifically tailored to client’s unique business models.

Richard has also served as the VP of Product and Technology at AOL Networks, and as the original programmer and developer of content management and web publishing software for many of the Reed Business Information’s web properties.

Richard currently resides in the Greater New York City area.

Michael Jolly
Chief Revenue Officer

Michael has 20 plus years of successful technology related business development, marketing and operational experience with deep brand and agency relationships. Prior to joining FusionSeven, Michael was global CRO for Brandscreen a leading demand side platform that services top agencies and fortune 50 brands around the globe where he was responsible for building and managing its global sales and account services teams. Prior to Brandscreen Michael worked at Collective and LiveTechnology.

Michael graduated from Hofstra University but started his collegiate years as a Gamecock in his home state of South Carolina. Michael lives on Long Island with his wife and 3 boys.

Elisabeth Murray
SVP, Digital Ad Operations

Elisabeth Murray serves as SVP, Digital Ad Operations for TEN where her primary responsibilities include overseeing inventory management, execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns with TEN advertising partners, as well as the development of TEN digital ad products and the formation of solutions for increasing ad ops efficiencies and improving operational workflow. Prior to joining TEN, Elisabeth served as Director of Sales at GrindMedia where she managed a direct sales team and built a sales support network of media planners, campaign managers and ad solutions specialists. Before that she spent 5 years at Yahoo, Inc. as a sales planner and project manager for Yahoo! Music. Murray has nearly 15 years of experience in digital media sales managing revenue yield and operational efficiency throughout the entire sales process from pre-sale planning to post-sale renewal.

Michael Palmer
Global Director Product, {m}Platform

Michael Palmer was most recently a Project Manager at Xaxis where he worked on a variety of initiatives supporting Xaxis’ global trading businesses. He is currently working as a Director of Product Management at GroupM’s mPlatform organization where he works with teams from the Americas, EMEA and Europe to improve data quality and usage. Michael lives and works in New York City.

Manny Puentes
Founder & CEO
Rebel AI

Manny Puentes is an experienced executive leader in the digital advertising and software industries. He is the founder and CEO of Boulder-based startup Rebel AI. Rebel AI secures digital advertising and protects publisher identity and brand spend using machine learning, blockchain, and real-time encryption technologies.

With more than 20 years of experience in digital advertising, Manny has led engineering and product teams to build enterprise-scaled platforms for digital media trading by leveraging specialities in real-time bidding, data pipeline architecture, natural language processing, and machine learning.

Praneet Sharma
Founder, CTO
Method Media Intelligence

Praneet brings an entrepreneurial and technical spirit to combatting ad fraud. He started his career as one of the technical founders of a website design platform. He was an early employee and lead engineer at another startup focused on publishing user-generated content on large sites such as Converse and Kenneth Cole. It was his experience working in the monitoring space which brought him to the world of ad tech. Working with large publishers and ad tech companies, seeing how granular data points were showing large disparities, he set out to address the problem.

Breaux Walker
SVP, Blockchain and Business Development

Breaux has a 20 year career in digital media and financial services in the US and China. He is currently SVP, Blockchain and Business Development at Kochava, a leading digital advertising measurement and attribution company. Breaux began his career at Merrill Lynch in New York and Shanghai where he worked on many types of transactions as an investment banker. Most recently he managed international for a large Chinese fintech company that was leveraging blockchain for global money transfers. His experience in using blockchain in financial services applies directly to applying blockchain to digital advertising. Mr. Walker is fluent in Mandarin.
