Event description

Description

Block Printing is the oldest type of printmaking with roots in Asia. During this workshop, we are going to experiment with a simplified and modern version of it! Using a carved material covered in ink to transfer an image on to a base (paper, fabric, or etc.). You will learn the basics of printmaking using styrofoam sheets, but printmaking can also be done on wood, linoleum, rubber, and many other materials.
