Join us at LMHQ for Blitz Wisdoms: Talks by Creative Change-Makers, the first in a series of interactive lectures at LMHQ! Our evening will consist of inspiring TED-like talks on the topic of "working together" – what it means to connect, collaborate creatively, and build community.

Hear from prominent trailblazers in their industries:

- Musician + artist JD Samson (Le Tigre, MEN)
- Tanenbaum Deputy CEO Mark Fowler
- WeWork Strategic Partnerships & Programming Director (Creator Awards), Tiffany Hardin

Talks will be followed by structured attendee networking (we call it peer mentoring) about how to apply the tools of creative collaboration to your own work.

Mark Fowler
As the Deputy CEO for Tanenbaum, Mark Fowler is instrumental in the expansion of Tanenbaum programs nationally and internationally. Mark is a sought-after keynote speaker and facilitator who has addressed private and public entities globally on issues of equality concerning race, gender, sexual orientation and religion. Mark is also a specialist in Meditation and Conflict Resolution, as well as an ordained Interfaith/Interspiritual Minister and a graduate of the One Spirit Interfaith Seminary in New York City.

Gabrielle Korn

Gabrielle Korn
Gabrielle Korn is the Editor-in-Chief at NYLON Media, where she oversees editorial, social media, art, and video content. Gabrielle joined NYLON in 2014 as Senior Editor, and held a slew of different positions before she became Editor-in-Chief in September 2017. Under her editorial leadership, NYLON has become a fully digital brand that generates around 100 million impressions per month through original, thought-provoking beauty, fashion, music, and entertainment content, with a strong feminist stance. Prior to NYLON, she was the beauty editor at Refinery29. She graduated from NYU's Gallatin School Of Individualized Study with a concentration in feminist/queer theory and writing.

JD Samson

JD Samson

JD Samson is best known as the leader of the band, MEN, and for being one-third of the electronic-feminist-punk band and performance project, Le Tigre. JD's career as a visual artist, musician, producer and DJ has landed her at the intersection of music, art, activism, and fashion. She has toured all over the world, and composed songs for Grammy award winning artists, while writing words for many publications such as Huffington Post, Talkhouse, and Creative Time Review. JD has also taken part in many speaking engagements such as Women Of Letters, shown visual art, hosted and produced documentary programs for channels such as Mic and Vice, and curated events all over the world. JD now teaches conceptual musical performance at NYU Tisch (Clive Davis School of Recorded Music), is writing an experimental memoir, making visual art with stones, and playing music with friends.
