Enjoy illustrations, wordplay, and mixed-media work about love and sex by printmaker, Ashley Shumaker. Shumaker ‘s prints often involve collage, technical drawings, satire, historical imagery, and queer themes as well as non-representational line work. She is a member of Seattle's collective printmaking studio Print Zero. Blitz shoppers get special discounts during the Art Walk.

Poet Evan J. Peterson (Skin Job, The Midnight Channel) will teach simple tips to tell your special someone just how you feel in writing. Learn how to write a sweet, sensual or spicy note perfect for a Valentine’s Day card, social post or sexy text.

When & Where
Claire Cavanah and Rachel Venning opened the first Babeland store in 1993 in response to the lack of women-friendly sex shops in Seattle. The store offered top quality products, a pleasant place to shop, and most of all information and encouragement to women who wanted to explore their sexuality. The store's popularity with both women and men has led to three more stores in New York, plus a thriving and educational website.
