-Make a lamb crown roast
-Reverse searing NY Steaks
-Prepare Bison Tartare
-Make Garlic Confit, Compound Butter, “Bearnaise Sauce” the easy way and Mint Chimichurri

-Classic BLT with Thick Sliced Bacon / Arugula / Tomato / Roasted Garlic Aioli / Japanese White Bread
-Roasted Lamb Crown Roast with Greek Couscous / Mint Chimichurri
-Seared NY Steak with Herbed Compound Butter
