We invite you and your daughter to join us on our Senior Open Day on 15th October. The school will be thriving with activity to give you a glimpse into life at Blackheath High. Our Headteacher, Mrs Chandler-Thompson, will address visitors and our ambassadors will offer guided tours. Subject teachers and their students will give an insight into the curriculum, while others will champion enrichment, demonstrating the clubs, societies and other co-curricular activities the school has to offer. Pick up a prospectus bag during your visit for information on the entry process and staff will be on hand to answer any admissions queries you may have.
A Blackheath High School education inspires and equips girls to strive for personal excellence in all her endeavours: intellectual; physical; creative; cultural; social and moral. We prepare and empower girls for the future by providing an atmosphere in which academic curiosity is cultivated, confidence is built and a balanced, open-minded outlook is nurtured.
Book your place today to speed up 'check in' when you arrive. The school will be open from 10am to 1pm. A separate Junior School Open Day will run on the same day - for further information please call 0208 852 1537.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The nearest mainline train station is Westcombe Park which has links with Dartford and London. A number of buses stop near to the school, serving Greenwich and surrounding areas - the TFL website has full information on available routes.
There is no parking available on site, however there are a number of free bays on surrounding streets. Please park considerately as we are based in a residential area.
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
