BlackFemaleProject Conversation

Join us for a rich discussion about the strategies and techniques that Black women use to thrive in the workplace.

  • What strategies have we developed to thrive professionally?

  • What lessons have we learned?

  • How are we passing knowledge to the girls coming behind us?

Goals

Create a safe space where women can come together to talk about workplace experiences, affirm one another, and discuss topics related to the BlackFemaleProject.

Outcomes
Attendees will:

  • understand the BlackFemaleProject purpose

  • gain deeper knowledge of how institutional racism shows up at work

  • Metered street parking available

  • Free street parking available a few blocks in any direction

  • Once you arrive, ring bell at front door on Washington Street and follow signs to Suite 104
