Join us for an evening of island delights as Trinidad meets The Philippines for a ‘Blackapino' collaboration. Maharlika's Executive Chef, Miguel Trinidad is joined in the kitchen by Chef Leigh-Ann Martin for an exclusive menu that brings flavors of the Caribbean to the Filipino table. We invite you to explore a blending of ingredients and techniques contrasting island cuisines from opposite sides of the world. Beer pairings by James Beard Award Winner, Garrett Oliver.

This special one-night-only dinner is curated by Maharlika and Black Food Folks, a fellowship of Black professionals working in food and drink, founded by Colleen Vincent of The James Beard Foundation and photographer, Clay Williams.

The event will be held at Maharlika Filipino Bistro, on 1st Avenue between 6th and 7th street. Seating time for dinner reservations starts at 7pm.
