The dinner will begin with Filo Wrapped Prawns with Black Truffle Yuzu Vinaigrette paired with Chablis-like Sixto Frenchman Hills Chardonnay, rated 93 points. Next, K Vintners Viognier Powerline, rated 94 points by Parker, served with Lobster Slippers with Black Truffle Riced Cauliflower. The main dish will be Peppered Lamb Chops with Mint Chimichurri, Roasted Vegetables and Sweet Potato Mash served with K Vintners El Jefe 2014, 95 points, K Vintners Motor City Kitty Syrah 2014, 95 points and K Vintners Cattle King Syrah 2014, 99 points!
