Description

Black STEM Network:

So much has happened since the Black STEM Holiday Happy Hour – we have a new administration, Hidden Figures is doing major figures, and President Obama has learned how to kite surf. Thank you all again for attending the December event. It is time for our group to get back together to continue the mission of forging STEM bonds across the DMV area.

We are excited to announce our next event where we will take a hard look at STEM entrepreneurship, discuss the state of black innovation and entrepreneurship, and inspire each other to boldy take on new entrepreneurial dreams and opportunities.

The event will be held at the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine. The only request we have for the Black STEM Network is to bring at least one new person with you. If you have any questions, please direct them to sciencegrind314@gmail.com.

Looking forward to seeing you all!
