Join the African and Diasporic Religious Studies Association (ADRSA) in New Orleans or ONLINE via LIVE STREAM for its 7th conference! Come for the conference and stay for a weekend of fellowship and fun! Presented in Association with the Center for African and African American Studies at SUNO (CAAAS-SUNO).

This year's theme Black Spirit, Black Power: Africana Religions and Liberation will explore the connection between Africana religions and the concepts of freedom, liberation, and libery from theological, historical, and political perspectives. Featuring panel discussions, vendors, and more!

How does the live stream work?

You'll receive a link when the conference begins. Simply click and you're there. The same link will allow you to access recordings afterword, so don't worry if you miss it live.

Do I have to be a student, professor, or otherwise affiliated with a university to come?

No! All are welcome and community members are welcomed and encouraged to attend!

What is the attire?

We request that attendees wear white in the spirit of peace and connection. Accent it with your favorite colors!

Will food be provided?

Yes, continental breakfast and lunch are included with your paid registration.

If you registered free as a student, meals are NOT included unless you purchase the "student lunch & swag"

Can I pay at the door?

Limited door payments will be accepted, but lunch and swag are only guaranteed to those who have pre-registered. Online registration is strongly preferred. Please contact us if you have any trouble.

Are there group discounts?

Yes! Please contact us at info@ADRSA.org if you intend to bring a group of 10 or more

What's the refund policy?

No refunds. You may share your ticket with someone else if you are unable to attend. Live stream is also included with in-person tickets.
