Event description

Description

Whether you just started your career or are an established leader in your field, we as Black professionals have a proven commitment to Giving Voice to Fuel Change. This philanthropic spirit has had a long tradition in the Black Diaspora, with our cultural tradition of meeting folks where they are and doing what we can: rent parties; assuming care-taker responsibilities; or using collective voice to shame, raise awareness, and eradicate injustice.

In this new age of political uncertainty and social unrest, Black leadership will be key to navigating philanthropy's future. In honor of Black Philanthropy Month, join us for an evening of drinks and discussion about the role of black people in philanthropy, the importance of their contributions, and how those contributions impact our communities and black-led nonprofit institutions.
