Event description

Description

The 2018 Village Welcome is to bring Black Oregon together to celebrate and recognize the rich contributions of those who have come before us and embrace the newness of those who have just arrived. This opportunity was created to gather those who have been here for generations, those who have recently arrived in the last decade, and those who are just starting to make their mark on the Black Community of Oregon. This is the first Village Welcome in honor of Black leaders in our state who are new to Oregon and the metropolitan areas in
the last two years.
