- Facilitated prayer and meditation for a deeper connection with God, self, and purpose
African American Contemplative Traditions (Matthew Williams)
- Facilitated conversations and spiritual practices that recover the gift of African American contemplative traditions
- The unique value within the narratives of Black men for their spiritual wholeness
Goals for our time together:
- Provide space and tools for spiritual renewal
- Explore the importance of spiritual practices to thriving as leaders and personal well-being
- Practice meditation and it’s value to overall well-being
- Practice various forms of contemplative prayer and meditation
- Experience glimpses of spiritual renewal
Space is limited to the first 50 registrants
REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
- All sessions Saturday and closing session Sunday
- Friday welcome dinner
- Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Sunday breakfast, box lunch for trip home
- transportation from hotel to various venues and back to the hotel.
Note: Fligths and accommodations are not included
