Our Open Casket to the World is a 200-page hardcover publication capturing the making of the ‘Black Lives Matter' Mural in Bed-Stuy. Featuring over 300 photos and commentary exploring a community’s resolve to find healing and justice amid a nation in crisis. 

7PM: An in depth conversation of the beauty and pain that came out of the Black Lives Matter movement moderated by WQXR host, Terrance McKnight.

  • 8:30PM: Reception: Book signing and meet the panelists and authors.


    $75 Ticket: Includes reception, signed book, and conversation.

    $20 Ticket: Entry to the reception and conversation but no copy of the book. If you want to purchase the book at the event you will only pay $55.
