In recognition of Black History Month, we are celebrating what it means to be a great leader. Sonia Jackson Myles will share her strategies and thoughts on why Great Leaders Have Great Relationships™. Dinner will be served.

Sonia Jackson Myles is the founder & author of "The Sister Accord, The Promise That Will Transform Your Life! & The Sister Accord: 51 Ways To LOVE Your Sister book. She was named one of Essence magazine's 25 Women of Power in 2008, was selected as a History Maker by Bloomberg News in 2009, and was awarded the Trumpet Award Foundation's Women in High Heels Award & FAMU President's Award in 2010. As a successful corporate purchasing executive with over 20 years of experience (managing a cumulative total of nearly $20B during the span of her career) she is a renowned thought leader on diversity issues and mentors many, including corporate executives and minority and women-owned businesses. Myles is also an advocate for youth and women, and has worked diligently for decades to encourage and inspire both groups through the creation of mentoring and professional development programs. Her Sister A.C.C.O.R.D. Leadership Development Program has now been integrated across the Cincinnati Public School System.
