Honoring International Reggae Band, Inner Circle, Legendary Radio Host Clinton Lindsay, the Marcus Garvey Award recognizing former Broward County Commissioner and Mayor Dale VC Holness and the New Jamaica 60th Legacy Award being given to the Honorable Robert Nesta "Bob" Marley.
