Description

It can be extremely initimidating to walk into a gym and attempt to figure out how to use the weights and machines on your own. Do you find youself asking questions like: "How do I use that machine? "Am I doing this right? Is my form correct?" If you would like to learn how to use weights and machines at the gym, this session is for you.

During this instruction, a certified personal trainer will teach you the following:

-how to use weights (dumbbells, ketllebells, barbells, etc.) or weight machine with the proper technique and form

-how to determine which machines to use, how often, and when during your exercise program

-how many sets/reps to do on each machine

-how to adjust the weight and/or seat on the machine

During this session, we will focus on exercises that primarily target the legs.


This session is for beginners. .
Beginners are new to an exercise program and/or have little to no experience using weights and machines.
