Description

Dr. Sakira's presents Villages Youth & Family Services: Turning Dirt into Food Fundraiser

Celebrating by giving back. The first Annual Black CEO Success (BCSA) Awards is a celebration of my 60th birthday. However, I want to give back to my community of business owners who have made a difference and those who are working to make a difference. That's why this year we will be honoring major black-owned business and spiritual leaders in our community.

All proceeds will go to support the Villages Youth and Family Services Turning Dirt into Food Program

"GIVE A MAN A FISH HE EATS FOR A DAY, TEACH A MAN TO FISH HE EATS FOR A LIFE TIME" by Anna Isabella Richie

"Thank you for your donation. With your gift we will continue to develop our sustainable agricultural project...and change lives, one village at a time."

- Rev. Alfred SamForay - Founder Villages Youth & Family Services

Villages Youth & Family Services: Turning Dirt into Food

The Black CEO Success Awards (BCSA) were created to celebrate the spiritual and business leaders in the black business community. Through community involvement and business improvement activities, the Black CEO Success Awards strives to ensure that business leaders are recognized for the trailblazer and innovators that they are.

In conjunction with BrainPower Consulting Group, the BCSA annual fundraiser supports the Villages Youth and Family Services of Homewood, IL. benefiting Sierra Leone: “Turning Dirt into Food Program”. This program supports the 6000 acre E. D. Baker Farms in the Village of Karleh, Sierra Leone. The Villages’ program is focused on seeding and harvesting the farm, feeding and educating the village children while providing medical care and training to families. Due the recent mudslide and loss of many lives in Sierra Leone, we ask for your prayers and support for the families in Freetown. Visit www.villagefamilyservices.org
