Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
If you want to transfer your registration, your request must be made in writing by August 15, 2015. Email your request to bsaacademy@bizsavvyartist.com.
Can I update my registration information?
Email bsaacademy@bizsavvyartist.com to update any of your registration details.
What is the refund policy?
Registrants canceling their registration on or before July 31, 2015 will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee.
On or after August 1, 2015, Biz Savvy Artist™ will offer a credit of equal value to attend a future Biz Savvy Artist™ Academy event, but no refunds allowed.
No-shows will not be refunded registration fees.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
To alleviate confusion during check in, please make sure the attendees name and the name on the registration/ticket match. If necessary, please update your registration information as instructed above.
