To ensure gender ratio, bookings are non-refundable. Note: we are not responsible for people's schedules - no shows.

Single Muslims Marriage Event will commence at 12.30 pm prompt and any guests arriving late may not be able to take part so please ensure you arrive ten minutes in advance to allow for registration to take place.

When all the guests have arrived the host will explain how the event will unfold. We anticipate to commence with 1:1s and then network at the end of the event.

Due to the popularity of this event, we advise you to book your ticket in advance to avoid disappointment.

To ensure gender ratio, bookings are non-refundable. Note: we are not responsible for people's schedules - no shows or latecomers!

It’s essential that you arrive on time in order to take part. We might not be able to allow entry if you are late. Please respect others time.

Terms & Conditions of Ticket Sales

1. We do not offer refunds.

2. Tickets cannot be transferred to future events.

3. Once tickets have been issued, they cannot be transferred to another person.

4. You must be 18+ in order to attend our events

5. You must arrive 10 mins before the event starts. Anyone arriving after this time may be refused entry.

6. You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and polite manner towards all attendees and event staff. Any use of inappropriate language, bad behaviour, or verbal or violent abuse will not be tolerated and you will be ejected from the event, and if necessary the police will be informed.

7. You agree that any personal information that you share and exchange between event attendees inside or outside the event is at your personal discretion and MySpouse cannot and will not be held liable for anything that comes as a result of this exchange.

8. No pictures or videos are allowed to be taken inside of the event or venue without the permission of the host. You are also not authorised or allowed to take photos or videos of any attendees or event staff. This includes any social platforms, apps or stories whether stored locally or in the cloud. MySpouse may only take photos with participants permission.

9. We cannot guarantee that events will be full or that there will be an equal ratio between men and women. We will do our best to accommodate uneven numbers and this may include more of one group and less of another which will be handled to the best of the organisers ability on the day to give the best experience possible to all attendees.

10. If the event has to be cancelled for any reason, you will be issued a full refund.
