9.30pm: Speed business networking

10.30pm: Entertainment and Live DJ

1am: Event finishes

Roasted carrot and butternut squash soup,

served with artisan bread (v, ve, g)

Ham hock terrine, homemade piccalilli, toasted sourdough (g*)

Classic 1970’s prawn cocktail, sauce marie rose,

brown bread and butter

Traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings, caramelised

carrot and parsnips, sprouts, cranberry and roasting juices (g*)

Fillet of Scottish salmon, fondant potato, leaf spinach,

woodland mushrooms, balsamic vinegar & extra virgin olive oil (g*)

Ratatouille stuffed tomato, wilted leaf spinach,
