Bird Watching on Wormwood Scrubs with David Lindo

With over 75 bird species recorded on Wormwood Scrubs in 2024/25, the site hosts an array of habitats which play host to some of London's most vulnerable conservation species. These sessions will be delivered by the 'Urban Birder' - David Lindo who developed his love of bird watching by spending time understanding the unique character of Wormwood Scrubs.

Please ensure you check the weather forecast before attending. Walking boots, or wellies should be sufficient for autumn and winter sessions.

Attendee's are asked to meet at the Scrubs Lane car park, to the south-east of the site, where you will be met by David, before proceeding on the identified route. The walk will last up to 4 hours and will cover the major sections of the Scrubs.

Toilets are available at the Linford Christie Outdoor Sports Stadium.
