Join us for an intimate evening featuring special guests from the farm fields of Minnesota to the North Pole: Dinner guests will hear from Greg Reynolds, MOSES 2015 Organic Farmer of the Year, and Will Steger, legendary polar explorer, educator and founder of Climate Generation: A Will Steger Legacy.
Guests will enjoy a standout five-course meal high on local, organic deliciousness and low on carbon, curated and prepared by executive Chef Marshall Paulsen, complete with beer and wine pairings. Chef Marshall took home the “Outstanding Chef” award at this year’s Charlie awards!
Proceeds support Climate Generation's work to educate and empower people to engage in solutions to climate change.
