Mulan Chan-Randel is a member of Sacred Thirst Selections, a wine import company based in the Bay Area. Prior to joining Sacred Thirst, Mulan was the French Regional and Rhone Valley wine buyer for K&L Wine Merchants, from 2003-2013. During her tenure at K&L, she participated regularly in the San Francisco Chronicle wine tasting panel and was also selected as an instructor in the UC Berkeley Extension Wine Studies Program. She has written for Chow Magazine and Chow.com. and contributed to The Wine Spectator, Patterson’s Beverage Journal, The Wall Street Journal and The San Francisco Chronicle on various wine related publications. Mulan also holds the Diploma certification through the London based Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET).
