The SDACS Law Committee, led by Ryan Smith, will be organizing the September monthly meeting to be held at the Scintillon Institute. Our speakers:
Dr. Vicki Norton is a Partner and Head of the Life Sciences Intellectual Property practice group at Duane Morris LLP. Dr. Norton’s practice focuses on client counseling, pat ent prosecution, IP due diligence, portfolio management, and IP litigation for both emerging and established life sciences companies.
Dr. Diane Retallack is responsible for management of the Pfenex patent portfolio as well as IP strategy for the Pfenex product pipeline.
