“Biological Farming” will be taught by Dan Kittredge, Executive Director of the Bionutrient Food Association and lifelong organic farmer. This workshop is designed to teach the basic principles and practices of biological farming for higher quality crops- better taste, pest & disease resistance and higher nutrient levels.
Our goal is to build upon your knowledge and experience to apply innovative, reliable principles and practices for producing healthier, food crops. The workshop is designed for farmers, growers, and gardeners of any type to learn current research and proven methods and go step-by-step through the processes that will lead to optimum crop health and sustained yield.
The following topics will be including in this intensive workshop: interpreting soil tests, mineral balancing, cover cropping to address soil health deficiencies, plant nutritional needs by growth stage plus an array of troubleshooting and diagnostic approaches to guide you throughout the growing season.
