About this event
The Berea and Olmsted Chambers of Commerce are excited to be hosting a Bingo Night and Variety Show fundraiser event on Thursday, September 16 from 6-8pm. It will be held at the Olmsted Township Community Room. Proceeds raised will benefit the chambers in our mission to make our communities a better place to live, work and play.
Join us for a fun-filled evening of bingo, raffles, and some outstanding variety show performances by students from Berea Midpark High School and Olmsted Falls High School including their drama clubs and a cappella groups! Prizes for each bingo game will include gift cards and items from chamber businesses. We will also have a 50/50 raffle and other raffle games for those who are interested.
Entry to the event and one bingo card can be purchased for $25, and up to 4 additional bingo cards can be purchased for $5 each. Additional cards will be available for purchase at the door as well.
Doors will open at 5:30 for check-in and bingo games will begin shortly after 6:00. Be sure to get there early to grab the best seats!
For those interested, you can also pre-order a meal along with your ticket. Softshell chicken tacos will be available from Suds Maguire's for a cost of $10 per person (vegetarian also available). Please note that these are only available for pre-order, and must be purchased along with tickets for the event. Extra meals will NOT be available on site if they were not pre-ordered in advance.
Meals will be individually packaged and distributed at check in. We will also have soft drinks and other snacks available for sale. Chamber member, Kona Ice, will also have their truck on site from 6:30-7:30pm to serve up some tasty treats! Pre-orders for tacos will close on Friday, September 10 so be sure to get your tickets early!
Alcohol will not be available for sale, but attendees are welcome to bring their own bottle of wine and cups, if desired (plastic or paper cups only, please). A corkscrew will be available on site.
We hope you will join us for a fun evening to help support your local Chamber of Commerce and enjoy a stellar show from some of our very talented local high school students!
