You will receive an email from billyidolvip@epicrights.com 2-3 days prior to the performance date with instructions for Ticket/Merchandise Pick-Up & Meet and Greet (if applicable). The merchandise voucher will be sent to you via email 2-3 days before the show. You must proceed to the designated VIP check-in at the scheduled time to receive your VIP merchandise. To redeem all elements of your VIP order you must present your receipt and picture ID at the VIP check-in
