Designed to meet the needs of today's modern chiropractic physician, this hands-on class will equip you with the knowledge you need to write compliant exam notes, treatment plans, diagnoses, daily visits, update exams and wellness visits common in a musculoskeletal based practice. By learning the "why" behind proper documentation, you will be able to chart more efficiently, while making sure you contain the necessary information for insurance, Medicare, PI and Worker's Compensation cases.
Unlike most billing/documentation courses, this class is taught by an actively practicing chiropractor who understands today's technology and EHR systems. Billing and documentation will be presented in practical, bite-sized pieces. Participants can head into their offices armed wIth new skills and be able to apply them Monday morning. Real world clinical examples will be used and and participants will be encouraged to workshop through case studies as they learn new concepts. Category 1 CE has been applied for in IL.
