The courses of traditional French cooking, I propose can be organized or in your home or in my kitchen in Santa Barbara !
ð IN YOUR HOME : If you want to share a special moment with your friends : you invite friends at least 4 up to 8 people maximum included and I come to run your personal culinary workshop on traditional french cooking in your kitchen !
In that case, you will have a special price for the hostess : 50% OFF so $250
ð IN MY KITCHEN IN SANTA BARBARA : If you want to share and meet some other greedy, you will be welcome in my kitchen and dining room in Santa Barbara !
WHAT ?
I give a traditional French cooking course, a Culinary workshop on a Full Menu with an apetizer, an entrée and a dessert.
We cook together and then I set the table to the French way and share the meal that we all together prepared.
The expected duration is approximatively 2 hours for the lesson and 2 hours for the dinner : from 6 pm to 10 pm or from 10am to 2 pm for lunch.
The price of the culinary workshop is 500 dollars per person. It includes :
+ 2 hours lesson on traditional french cooking
+ 1 hour lesson on french “savoir-vivre” and “étiquette” to Nadine De Rothschild way
+ 1 complete meal with assorted french wines

AUTUMN MENU :
The menus proposed will take you on a real journey to the country of traditional French flavors: a tour of France's most accomplished recipes and the most prized by the French.
=> Apetizer : Tartelettes aux pommes et au Saint Marcelin (apples and cheese small pies)
=> Entrée : Noix de Saint-Jacques aux parfums des bois (scallop walnuts with woody fragrances)
=> Dessert : Tarte des vendanges (harvest pie)
