Ten Belles organise un atelier de pain au levain pour apprendre à faire son pain au levain à la maison. L'atelier sera en anglais et animé par Lizzie Parle, une boulangère de l'équipe. L'atelier a pour but de lever des fonds pour l'achat d'un nouveau pétrin pour Khatynka Pekarya, une boulangerie à Bucha en Ukraine, fortement touchée par la guerre.

Vous apprendrez les bases de la boulangerie au levain ainsi qu'à pétrir et cuire votre pain. Vous repartirez avec du levain, une corne et un banneton. Apéro inclus à l'issue de l'atelier.

Ten Belles is organising a sourdough bread workshop to learn how to make sourdough bread at home. The workshop is in English and led by Lizzie Parle, a baker on our the team. All proceeds from the workshop will go to Khatynka Pekarya, a bakery in Bucha, Ukraine that has been affected by the conflict and is badly in need of a new mixer.

The workshops will include the basics of caring for a sourdough starter as well as and how to mix and bake your own bread. Participants will leave with some starter, a dough scraper and a banneton. Drinks and snacks included after the workshop.
