O programa inicia às 9:30 de domingo na Quinta das Carvalhas [Rua José Ferreira Fazenda 2000-466 Casével - Santarém. Portugal | https://goo.gl/maps/gnwmj9Rcct5BVZtp9], devendo estar concluído pelas 18h30. No email de confirmação receberá indicações de como chegar até ao local. Todas as sessões e práticas terão tradução para português (quando aplicável). Uma cuidada e nutritiva refeição vegetariana será servida. No meio da manhã e a meio da tarde teremos pausas com saborosos coffee break.

The date and location of our retreat has changed but we keep the invitation for you to join us on this beautiful journey of raising consciousness and connect to the greatness of your soul, using the ancient kabbalistics technics of meditation and connection to the Divine in plane nature. For the first time in Portugal, we will dedicate this day to learning how to strengthen and listen to our soul, eradicate our fears learning how to make them work for us, unveiling your life purpose through a diversity of practices that include voice and sound activation, yoga and much more.

On this transformative day we will

+ Fears and how they can serve our purpose

+ Connect to the Inner Child and Empower the Self

+ Gather for Observations in Nature, a kabbalistic method to connect to your soul and search for the Divine

+ Practice Yoga

+ Opening heart session with sound and voice

We offer translation for all sessions (if needed). Lunch is composed of fresh and vibrant vegetarian dishes with a fish option. Includes two tastefull coffee breaks.

Our retreat starts at 9:30am on sunday at Quinta das Carvalhas [Rua José Ferreira Fazenda 2000-466 Casével - Santarém. Portugal | https://goo.gl/maps/gnwmj9Rcct5BVZtp9], and should end at 6:30pm. All sessions and practices will be translated into Portuguese (when needed). Healthy and nutritious vegetarian food will be served ant two tasty coffee breaks will be available also.
