Bikini Body Bootcamp

It's that time again Ladies! Warmer weather and days at the beach are ahead of us! The key to losing weight is breaking a sweat so please join our Bikini Body Bootcamp to lose body fat and tone muscles before we put on our suits! This one hour class will start with a series of yoga stretches to warm up. We will then focus on a total body strength and conditioning exercises to firm and tone our figures!
