About the event
A financial plan helps forecast your ideas and then keeps you on track as your business matures. Learn how to form a good financial plan as we come together with Atherton & Associates Wealth Management, an agency that delivers comprehensive holistic advice to clients, looking at financial planning as a whole rather than just giving advice in one area!
In this session, you'll:
• learn some techniques to prepare a sustainable financial plan
• get a clear understanding through live benchmarking and valuation
• explore support available to help your business' finances
This will be a practical session exploring real and specific actions you can take to develop your business financial plan, help you map your future and to secure funding and investment.

Why Big Networking for Small Businesses?
We know that the best way to stay motivated as a business owner is to have a support structure around you.
After a few years of online meetings, we wanted to get back in the room and see some old friends and make some new ones, and build those key relationships.
Our sessions are a chance to have real conversations, build links and, most importantly, have fun.
What to expect...
At each session, you'll find a relaxed room full of old and new friends catching up over cups of tea and snacks!
Each month, you'll hear from a guest speaker who has launched their own business. You'll have time to meet your peers before and after the guest speaker. And you'll be able to find out about the fully funded business support on offer to help you grow your business, too.
About the Cheshire and Warrington Business Growth Programme
The Cheshire and Warrington Business Growth Programme is a consortium of three partners: University of Chester, Manchester Metropolitan University, Reaseheath College, and supported by Universities Economic Development Unit Ltd.
The Consortium is part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund, and we provide fully funded business support to help start-ups and SMEs across Cheshire and Warrington grow.
