Presenter: Irene P. Zucker

Ms. Zucker, Principle of VerbaCom® Executive Development, has been an executive consultant, course developer, corporate trainer, personal coach for 25 years. She brings her unique, dynamic style, to the public and private sectors with nationally a offered courses such as: “Techniques for Effective Presentations & Public Speaking”; “Negotiating for Mutual Gain - A Collaborative Approach” (based on Harvard Research); and “The Art of Branding Yourself”.

Ms. Zucker has a B.A. Degree in Economics / Finance, with post-graduate studies in Organizational Management (University of Texas-Dallas). She has a “Teaching Negotiation in the Corporation” (Harvard) Certificate, is a Texas Credentialed Advanced Mediator (20+ yrs.), and certified in "Leadership and Customer Service at Delivery and Development Levels” and Corporate Trainer Certified (CTC). She is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt Professional, a Certified Six Sigma Lean Professional and is Design for Six Sigma Certified.

She has been recognized for her leadership and excellence, nationally, in both public and private sectors, was nominated Dallas County Mediator of the Year for meritorious service and received Special U. S. Congressional Recognition for Outstanding Service to the Community. She currently serves as Vice-Chair to the Dallas County Alternative Dispute Resolution Advisory Board, (2011 to present) and has been featured in Success® Magazine as an excellent resource and was interviewed by Sales Power® Magazine, Wall Street Journal, and Investor’s Daily.
