UPDATE as of 7/14/20:
Given the uncertainty surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have made the difficult decision to cancel FrogFest 32, scheduled for September 19th at the Utica/Rome Speedway.
This decision is based on the evolving COVID-19 public health threat, our ability to ensure the event does not contribute to the spread of the pandemic, and the impracticality of hosting such a large event given ongoing guidelines and protocols put forth by public health officials. We take the safety and health of our guests, staff, and community very seriously - it is our number one priority.
FrogFest’s Event Management will contact those who have purchased tickets and their purchase will be fully refunded. If tickets were purchased online, they will be automatically refunded and there is no further action needed.
If pre-sale tickets were purchased at White’s Farm Supply, tickets must be exchanged at the Townsquare Media offices on River Road in Marcy by August 14th, 2020 to receive the refund. Refunds will be issued Tuesday through Thursday from 9am to 4pm. It is required that all visitors wear masks when inside the office.

$20 Advanced General Admission Tickets online (plus applicable fees). General Admission tickets are $25 the day of the event.

$65 VIP Tickets. VIP tickets, includes food, non-alcoholic drinks and private cash bar, plus a FrogFest T-shirt, shaded seating and a designated area right in front of the concert stage.

Kids 10 and under General Admission Tickets are FREE. VIP tickets for children are $65.
Concerning the coronavirus (COVID-19)...
Before working or attending our upcoming event, we ask that you please confirm that you will not have traveled to a country designated by the CDC as Level 2 or higher (currently China, Italy, Iran, South Korea, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City), been on a cruise ship, or spent significant time in any other area identified as a containment zone or which travel restrictions have been implemented, during the 14 days prior to the event, and that you have not been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with coronavirus.
This event will be taking the following precautionary measures:
- Adopting a “no hand-shake policy” and practicing good hygiene
- Wiping down surfaces – with staff designated to be wiping down surfaces throughout the event with gloves
- Staff who are in close contact with guests will be wearing gloves
- Purell stations
- Promoting keeping a healthy distance with the recommend 6-8 feet

FAQs
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The Utica-Rome Speedway has a parking lot on site for no charge.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Outside Food and Drinks are not allowed in the gates of FrogFest, you can bring lawn chairs but tents and umbrellas are not permitted. Please Note – due to our venue restrictions, no tents, kegs or grills will be allowed in the parking area and this policy will be strictly enforced.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can either bring your printed ticket, or download it to your smartphone and show that at the gate as well!
What is the refund policy?
Since we had to reschedule FrogFest to a new date in September due to COVID-19, we will offer refunds if you cannot make the new date. Refund requests must be submitted by Friday, May 8th at 11:59pmEST for those of you who purchased online with your credit card. For those of you who purchased in-person with cash, we will have further details on how to obtain a refund when it is considered safe to once again conduct transactions with the general public. But for the moment, our offices are closed. Please bear with us as we try to navigate working through the "New York State on Pause" order from Gov. Cuomo.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
