These purees can be made for your 5 month old's first bites and enjoyed for all the months to follow, with tips and suggestions for additions to optimize nutrition and provide the variety that your baby needs to develop a healthy palette. You will leave with the only recipes you will ever need, whose preparation can fit into your busy schedule, can be prepared by anyone despite skill level in the kitchen, and with freezing tips to help you successfully feed your baby only the best, every day.
