Event Details

Over 25 years of hospitality experience with not only restaurants, but also as the head culinary consultant and designer for a national event producer. Locally he was responsible for the creation of the Bull and Finch Restaurant and Pub and Zinc Bistro and Wine Bar as a lead in the creative team that added to the new inventiveness of the growing Charleston culinary scene. He grew up in the business with a family owned fine dining restaurant in the Washington, D.C. suburbs, Ice House Café (a top national independent restaurant in the country for many years through the mid 80’s and early 90’s) which had many culinary talents that had apprenticed and /or taught at the infamous Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphor Springs, W.V. work on their staff. 

Big Daddy's training and the tutelage comes from working hands on with accredited fine top chefs throughout the years.

It is through the hands on training that Nathaniel has put together some of the very best recipes possible. 

While learning many inspired techniques in food preparation, he keeps his concentration on his roots in the southern homeland where he was born and raised, Virginia. 

The expectations for his newest creation is that of utilizing local and regional fresh products to create a menu that is rooted deeply in down home southern food where traditional dishes stay just that… traditional

Guerrilla Cuisine is back in 2014 with a limited run of dinners, thoughtfully planned to feature a few local chefs, and some great talent from out of town.

Charleston’s first underground supper club, Guerrilla Cuisine, is partnering with a local chef to bring you the best meal for a rock'n price!



Now is your chance for fine cuisine, great music, and the best of Charleston art!!!



Charleston’s up-and-coming chefs will be serving a multi-course dinner at a top secret location in Charleston which will be emailed to guest prior to the event. 



Not only is this a premier multi-course dinner; but a top-notch networking event supporting an incredible cause. Feel free to invite more people, we want everyone to  experience this unique event.

Tickets are $66.00 per person.  so if you're into eating well and not afraid to try something totally new, come out and join us! Please remember to tip your severs!



Food will be on the table at 6:00pm so arriving early is advised. You may begin checking in at 5:30. 





Because Guerrilla Cuisine is an underground dining experience, they have some excellent locations for upcoming events. If you would like to host a dinner, please let them know. As a host, you will receive 2 tickets for the use of the space.
