The City of Alpharetta Parks and Recreations Department and the Ed Isakson/Alpharetta YMCA are organizing a workday to help remove invasive species (Privet), clear culverts, remove litter, paint sign posts, etc.as part of the North Fulton Day of Service on Saturday, May 9, 2015. If you are interested in participating, please register groups and/or individuals at www.nfserves.com (Volunteer Opportunities). We will meet beginning at 9:00AM at the Kimball Bridge Road parking lot (Rock Mill Park) just east of North Point Pkwy. Grab the kids, come enjoy some coffee and treats courtesy of First Watch and join us for this public service opportunity to help maintain one of the North Fulton community’s most treasured outdoor recreation resources.

North Fulton Serves
The North Fulton Day of Service to date has organized over 600 service opportunities for the community to volunteer and serve our local nonprofits. Projects focus on hunger, homelessness, community beautification, environmental education and working with our seniors and children. Some of our nonprofit partners for this year’s events include the Drake House, North Fulton Community Charities, Ed Isakson Alpharetta Family YMCA, Foster Care Support and Senior Services North Fulton, Homestretch, the Lionheart School, Rivers Alive as well as our civic partners the City of Alpharetta and the City of John's Creek.
