About this Event

Organizational Alignment for Maximum Growth

In order to have a high-performing organization, it is important to have alignment within your nonprofit. The alignment of your vision, values, leadership and programs will keep everyone focused on your mission and the reason that you exist. When the team is laser-focused, the conversations are richer and the work you do goes deeper to expand your reach more efficiently and effectively.

Many organizations have strategic plans to help with this but fall short on implementation, while others are so busy with day-to-day activities that they haven’t created a master plan. And still other nonprofits fall somewhere in between.

The May Breakfast Club will discuss the following components of organizational alignment to get you back on track regardless of where you fall on the spectrum:

  • What is organizational alignment?
  • Why does it matter?
  • How to analyze roles and responsibilities
  • The value of co-creating change
  • The impact of organizational alignment on the culture of your organization

Learning these crucial steps will allow you to build a strong culture and achieve growth in a faster and more sustainable way to fulfill your organizational mission.

Sign up for the Roundtable discussion on Thursday, May 20th for a group workshop where we can discuss your organization’s membership challenges and work through your specific plan in more detail.
