The Bidding Strategies workshop shall provide an overview of the various methodologies used by government agencies to procure goods and services, and the key components of each. Program participants shall gain insight into strategies for determining the best use of their time to increase win rates. An overview of the following procurement vehicles shall be provided as well as how they are used, when they are used, and the process for preparing a compliant response.
