This challenge is part of the Startup in Residence (STIR) program which is led by the San Francisco Office of Civic Innovation. STIR is an opportunity for startups to gain deep insights into government needs and, at the end of a 16-week pro bono, mostly remote residency program, potentially secure a government contract with a San Francisco City department. The residency will commence in March.
