A special half-day training event offering advanced biblical perspective on the 'Haverim Devotions' Bible study method.
Haverim means ‘friends who study together‘. It provides a unique way to understand and share scripture. The method teaches people HOW to study not simply WHAT to study.
Haverim is specifically designed as a catalyst for an alternative approach to study – ‘beyond curriculum to culture‘. In it, a teacher’s role is not to create a curriculum whereby others fill in the gaps, but instead respond to the needs and questions of those they are teaching. Haverim teaches us HOW to think not WHAT to think.
Lunch will be included in the cost of the event and a copy of the latest book, "Haverim' by Paul Clayton Gibbs, Founding Director of Global Missionary organization, The Pais Movement (paismovement.com).
