About the organizer
Our mission is to eliminate racism and empower women.
Founded in 1905, YWCA National Capital Area dismantles barriers faced by women, girls, and people of color as they work to develop and sustain healthy lives. We serve women and young girls in the areas of Adult Education and Training, and Youth Mentoring and Development. Our bold goal is to ensure that a majority of women and girls across the national capital area have the resources and support necessary to achieve personal, professional, and educational success.
