BGS Detroit Symphony Orchestra Networking Event
Overview
Join us for a special night out at the Detroit Symphony Orchestra as we enjoy a spectacular program led by celebrated American conductor Jonathon Heyward. This performance features the world-renowned Kanneh-Mason siblings in Beethoven’s rarely performed Triple Concerto — essentially a concerto for piano trio and orchestra. The evening concludes with Mendelssohn’s vibrant and beloved “Italian” Symphony, inspired by his travels across Italy.
Program Highlights:
· WEBER – Overture to Oberon
· BEETHOVEN – Triple Concerto
· MENDELSSOHN – Symphony No. 4 (“Italian”)
Our group rate includes main floor seating, and we will all be seated in the same section.
Important Details:
· We must finalize payment with the Detroit Symphony Orchestra in late December, so please register early to secure your seat.
· Tickets will be able to be picked up at the will-call/box office. Just let them know your name.
· Once we have a final attendee list, we’ll coordinate a group meet-up during the event.
