What will the Group Sound Bath entail? (optional to attend)

You will be immersed in the sound vibrations of drums, crystal singing bowls, crystal pyramids, etc. In a group setting, people are laying down, eyes closed while the sound healer guides them all into a deep state of relaxation with breathwork, meditation before playing the sound bowls.

Restorative Yoga, all levels welcome, optional on Tuesday morning before breakfast.
