Overview

with Beny Rubinstein

How do you build a career in Israel that feels right - not just on paper (or on social media), but in your day-to-day life?

In this session, Beny Rubinstein goes beyond the noise and big promises surrounding AI to focus on what truly matters: understanding yourself, understanding the Israeli market, understanding AI - and discovering where the three meet.

Beny will share simple, practical ways to rethink your professional direction by examining your values, genuine interests, experience, capabilities, and untapped potential. He’ll show you how to connect all of that to the realities of working in Israel’s rapidly evolving tech landscape - especially in the fast-paced AI age and during turbulent geopolitical times.

You won’t hear abstract theories or dramatic predictions about the future. Instead, you’ll walk away with a clear, honest framework for making career decisions that feel authentic, actionable, and uniquely yours. You may not leave with all the answers, but you will leave with new questions worth asking yourself and those who support your growth.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, uncertain, or just curious about your next step, this session will help you see your career through fresh eyes - and with a bit more kindness toward yourself and your future contributions to Israeli society.
