About the speaker: Professor Oliver Hauser is Professor of Economics at the University of Exeter, Faculty Affiliate at Harvard University, and Senior Advisor in the UK Cabinet Office. He is Deputy Director of the Institute for Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, where he leads work on the intersection of leadership, data, and decision-making.He advises global companies, governments, and non-profits, and has held academic positions at Harvard Business School and the Alan Turing Institute. He is widely recognized for his research into workplace effectiveness, behavioural science, and organizational design. Professor Hauser has been named one of the world’s best “40 Under 40” MBA professors and previously one of the top “30 Under 30” thinkers. He earned his Ph.D. from Harvard University and B.Sc. from the University of Innsbruck.
